Arts & Crafts Refurbishment

This early twentieth century Arts & Crafts house is the last designed by the renowned Edwardian architect M.H. Baillie Scott. Witcher Crawford has undertaken a substantial refurbishment and restoration of the riverside house.

A blend of contemporary and traditional designs has been applied to interior alterations, while restoration of the exterior is respectful of Baillie Scott’s original design. The house has been fully upgraded to the highest standards in a manner that retains the important elements of the original interiors.

The project has also included the substantial renovation of two estate cottages and extensive landscaping. Planning permission has now been granted to add a substantial extension to the house.
