This project encompassed the alteration and renovation of a Grade II listed Hampshire house. A series of small rooms were opened up around an enlarged new kitchen and family room.
A new library and study with high quality joinery was created and bedroom and en-suite bathroom faculties were improved on upper floors. A new main door surround and canopy were designed to subtly lift the status of the entrance using the correct period details.
Witcher Crawford’s commission also included the construction of a new build, two bedroom guest cottage on the site of a former garage, along with a new pool house and extensive hard and soft landscaping.
